This is what many people consider to be the classic Wolfe Yoga Wall class. Carefully designed to minimise belt changes, maximise your chances of success and efficiently utilise your space on the Wall.
Wolfe Flow
You might think you can’t have a flow class when anchored to the wall, but you’re in for a surprise.
Yes, anchored flow is a thing!
The focus of the class will change between using the wall, the wall equipment or not using equipment at all to gain full expression of your poses.
Wolfe Align
In case you have issues and pains, you can pick from our selection of health-focused classes that address specific topics in a group setting. Even if you are very fit, you get a deeper understanding of your body and how to do Asānas on the wall to prevent future problems and rejuvenate your body

Beginner
Who's it for?
This is for you if you are new to yoga or the Wolfe Yoga Wall, for those who wish to 'take it slow' or if you have any small physical ailments you're looking to accommodate.
What you'll get
A Yoga class on the Wall.
By simply participating in this class you will learn about the basic principles of Mobility, Stability and Awareness and how they are integrated into your practice.
Beginner/Intermediate
Who's it for?
This class is still suitable for beginners but is more demanding due to the fact that the āsanas are executed more precisely and are held for a longer time.
What you'll get
All the sequences from the beginner classes, but they will be more challenging and they will be taught in a way where you will have the opportunity to deepen your practice.
Intermediate
Who's it for?
You should have prior experience in yoga, additionally you need to be in good shape. We will be practicing more challenging āsanas in even greater detail than in the beginner/intermediate level class
What you'll get
These are the most challenging version of our classes on the Wolfe Yoga Wall. You'll work extra hard and be given the chance to get very deep inside your āsanas.
