Three Key Principles as applied to the Wolfe Yoga System
for your Professional development
It might be that you need to have more flow or alignment in your teaching. ​​
After finishing the Essential training, you will have a firm foundation in flow and alignment, which comes from creating Mobility and Stability in addition to added Awareness and understanding that all 3 are treated equally.
We also recognise that there are many teachers with different needs, so after finishing the Essential training, you can now proceed with our Align or Flow training.
Flow Teacher Training from Wolfe
The Wolfe Yoga Flow Teacher Training provides you with an additional 8 flowing and uninterrupted Sequences with which you can create a much larger variety of classes for your students
In those sequences, we continue to use the Wolfe Yoga system, but to maintain an uninterrupted flow, you will sometimes also do asanas without the use of the Wolfe Yoga props.
This training is centred around Mobility and Flow, which you need to practice so your professional life does not get stale.
Align Teacher Training from Wolfe
The Wolfe Yoga Align Teacher Training progresses teachers from the Essential qualification to focusing on troubleshooting biomechanical issues.
This comprises 4 sequences & 8 classes suitable for Private Teacher (1-to-1) instruction, but can also be integrated into group classes to help address more generic issues.
This training will delve even deeper into alignment and adjustment, providing a firmer grasp and deeper understanding of the subject.
This training is centred around the concept of desired Stability, which is achieved when we continue our learning process.
Specialty Teacher Training from Wolfe
This covers a variety of topics such as pregnancy, children, rehab and advanced teaching skills.
You are going to build on the content learned from the previous training to broaden your knowledge, diversify your skills and make your professional world to more people.
